Convicted of beføling of eight year old

The incident happened on Skolefritidsordningen (SFO) at a school in Vesterålen, where the girl is a student and 34-year-old from a country in Africa was stationed in language practice, newspaper VG reports.
The court said the sexual act against the girl took place under very aggravating circumstances in that the 34-year-old used a relationship of trust.
The incident occurred last spring when the SFO was outside to eat. The girl explained that she was lying on a bench when the 34-year-old came up to her. After his first “disheveled” on her arms and legs, put his hands down her panties and befølte her crotch. The girl told me once about what had happened to an employee.
The 34-year-old married trebarnsfaren must also pay the girl a redress compensation of 25,000 kroner.
