The President of the Parliament of Cantabria, Miguel Angel Palacio, on Thursday inaugurated the seminar 'On and European citizenship practice', organized by the Europe House in Cantabria in the Palacio de la Magdalena which he rrred to the "progressive regionalization" that being produced in Europe.
